9 Night Fly-In Package

One of our most popular packages to date was a 9 night custom package. We are now taking this one giant leap further and in a first for the industry now offer free flights on Zimanga’s own private cabin-class aircraft from Virginia Airport, Durban, to Zimanga and back, for two to four guests at a time who choose this package as their Zimanga Experience.  We are of course limited in terms of space and weight in the aircraft so there are a couple of T’s and C’s applicable.

What makes this transfer flight an even more incredible part of your adventure is that depending on pilot’s discretion, the flight can be conducted at low level all along the coast up to the St Lucia World Heritage Site, from where the flight cuts inland across southern Africa’s largest estuary system to land in Mkuze town a few minutes later.  Passengers can be on the lookout for elephants, hippos and even spot migrating humpback whales during the winter season as these massive marine mammals make their way to and from Mozambican waters to give birth.  From arrival at the Mkuze airstrip, guests will access Zimanga on open safari vehicle via a nearby newly built gate and access road, leading past some of the most beautiful features and terrain the area has to offer, for a 45-minute safari drive being their welcome to Zimanga.  We cannot think of a more magnificent introduction to our home.  The short trip duration means that two flights can be conducted daily for our larger groups.  More information will be available soon.

Apart from it being a long relaxing breakaway it also offer guests 3 nights in the overnight hides, together with our host of other fantastic hides, traditional vehicle safaris and the photography boat.

As with all other packages, the numbers of hide sessions/safaris contained in this package describe the minimum of activities, making all activities available to guests should a hide/vehicle/boat be available.
